Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the beauty products in their original containers and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
